• Photo Agreement and your Deposit must be submitted to secure your date and time.  Remainder of payment is expected the day of your photo session.  I accept cash, money order, or credit card (through PayPal).  If this does not work for you, please contact me to make other arrangements.
• Submit Client Questionnaire.
• Maintain communication and express any questions or concerns you may have.  If you have poses or locations that you are interested in, please let me know!  I am very open to suggestions!
• Decide what you are going to wear early on, so you aren't scrambling at the last minute!  Wondering where to start?  Decide on a theme:  Do you want to have dressy or traditional photos?  Do you want to capture a certain style (playful, vintage, edgy, etc)?  You can always bring a change of clothes, too!  Which colors should you wear?  Green, blue, red, purple, orange, and yellow all really pop in photos.  For groups, try to coordinate, not match.  Feel free to mix and match stripes and small patterns.  Pick 2-3 colors and mix them all in.  Dress for the weather.  All accessories are welcome.  Here is a link to a Pinterest Board if you still need some more ideas!  

Photo Session Outfit Ideas

• Arrive well rested to your session!  Eat something and try to remain hydrated.  The better you feel, the better you'll look in your pictures!

• Expect a laid-back and fun atmosphere.  We will spend approximately one hour (more as needed, especially for newborn sessions) taking photos.  Breaks will be taken for kids that need snacks (bring snacks!), rest, restroom breaks, or whatever else is needed.  Sessions are not rushed.
• Act silly, especially if kids are involved!  Dance, spin, and laugh!  Try to enjoy the session, even if you may feel awkward about it at first, you will end up enjoying yourself and it will show in your photos!

• Expect an edited photo or two to pop up within 24-48 hours (I'm just as excited as you!)!!  Typically your remaining edited images will be up no later than two weeks later, but can take a little longer in high seasons.  If it will be longer than two weeks, I will contact you to give you the details.  It will never take longer than four weeks.
• Your photos will be uploaded to a digital gallery with a password.  You will be able to log in to download and/or order images right from the website.
• I will mail you a photo release form shortly after posting your images to the digital gallery so that you can use your images as you please.
• If you are unhappy with anything, please feel free to contact me!  I can't fix anything that I don't know is wrong, I'm still working on my telepathy!  I will do my best to rectify any problem that is fixable, just please maintain common courtesy and will do the same for you!
